Next to one of the entrance gates of the Presidio's woodsy national parkland is a terrific location for this freshly painted green-and-tan three-story motel. The hotel added fresh bathrooms and flat-screen TVs to all rooms, and at press time planned to do a complete furniture facelift within the year. Current rooms have standard motel amenities such as coffeemakers.
