Pacific Heights Inn Review
One of the most genteel-looking motels in town, this two-story motor court near the busy intersection of Union and Van Ness is dressed up with wrought-iron railings and benches, hanging plants, and pebbled exterior walkways facing the parking lot. Newly renovated rooms, with floral bedspreads and brass beds, are unassuming and simple, with only five offering a bathtub; however, some have kitchenettes, pleasing families and budget travelers. Popular Room 28 offers a special Duxiana bed, which is especially kind to weary backs. Complimentary morning pastries and coffee are served in the lobby, along with a free newspaper.
