Amazingly low room rates and a prime location make this hotel a find for budget travelers wanting views of Chinatown's fascinating street life. Small, modern rooms are sparkling clean, with newer, slightly more expensive digs on the top floor and quieter quarters in the back. Even if you're not on the top floor, take the elevator up anyway to view two large, beautiful stained-glass windows.

I have stayed here twice. It has tiny single rooms like in England, but the location and price are great. Room 601 is great, windows all around and a view.
If you want a chain hotel you should stay at one.

Yes, the rooms have seen better days, but on the whole mine have been clean the several times I've stayed. The location is excellent and the price is right if you don't need a fancy place to sleep.
