Fodor's Review:

This relatively small establishment providing extremely personalized service prides itself on offering "good taste on Union Square." One guest described the hotel as making "you feel welcomed at every point of your stay." Postrio, Wolfgang Puck's award-winning restaurant is attached to the lobby. The rooms, which were renovated in 2001, are filled with cherry furniture, handsomely decorated in dark autumn colors and have bathrooms with marble-top sinks. Free coffee and evening wine are offered by a flickering fireplace in the living room. Executive Club Level rooms include a free continental breakfast and afternoon cocktails with Puck's pizza in the private Executive Club Level lounge.
