Fodor's Review:

While the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival attracts both die-hard fans and casual listeners, this event targets those who can name all the players in Ralph Stanley's band. The festival takes place each February at various small venues both in and around San Francisco. Past participants have included Kenny Hall, Laurie Lewis, Jackstraw, and, yes, Ralph Stanley.
