Fodor's Review:
Hip, youthful designs for men and women are cheap, cheap, cheap at this trendy import from Sweden that's known as the IKEA of clothing stores. San Franciscans rejoiced at the opening of spots where shirts might be had for $10, jackets for $30, and jeans for about $40. Club-going teenagers and those who want to look like them form long lines for the dressing room, so aim to visit midweek, though before or after the noon-2 lunch rush.
