A pooch named Ruby presides over this small artists' cooperative where the jewelry, clothing, handbags, candleholders, intricately crafted cards, and other gift items are made by local artists. Hair accessories -- from elegant clips studded with vintage Czech glass to barrettes fashioned out of buttons -- are especially charming.
