Hyatt Regency

Fodor's Review:

John Portman designed this hotel noted for its 17-story hanging garden, a delightful green space you'd never expect from the unwelcoming, imposing exterior. The garden glows at Christmas, when strands of tiny white lights dangle over the cavernous atrium lobby. The four glass elevators facing the lobby are fun to ride, unless you suffer from vertigo. Head all the way up to the hotel's expensive and mediocre revolving restaurant, Equinox, for a drink (but just a drink) and a look at the 360-degree rotating view.
