William Stout Architectural Books

Fodor's Review:

Architect William Stout began selling books out of his apartment 25 years ago. Today the store sources libraries from around the world and Bay Area professionals with serious minded tomes on architecture and design. Head down into the crumbling whitewashed basement for beautifully illustrated coffee-table books. Stout is also the sole distributor of the über-popular IDEO method cards, which offer and inspire design solutions.
