Hotel Beresford Review
Less than two blocks from Union Square, this relatively inexpensive hotel features well-maintained rooms with traditional furniture and floral wallpaper. A sprucing up in 2012 included new furniture and appliances in the rooms to accommpany the earth-toned linens, flat-screen TVs, and dark-wood beds. The friendly staff assists with sightseeing arrangements, and the front desk has a large video library. The common areas include a small sitting room, a business center, and an exercise room.
