Beautiful Mashiko pottery, rustic pieces fired in a wood kiln and coated with a natural glaze, are the specialty here. The wealth of unique pottery and antiques, including many ceramic vases and wooden chests, makes a visit here worth the somewhat chilly reception from the proprietor.
