This Marina hot spot draws a young and energetic crowd that fuels up on equal parts tacos and tequila, or on chilaquiles and Bloody Marias during weekend brunch. Tables are usually laden with made-to-order guacamole and platters of well-stuffed tacos (the carnitas and short-rib versions are especially full of flavor). You'll also see groups ordering rounds of "chupitos," easy-to-drink shots of tequila mixed with juices, from prickly pair to passion fruit. If you don't
