Le Bambou

Le Bambou Review

Small, carefully decorated, and more elegant than any Vietnamese restaurant in San Diego proper, Le Bambou snuggles into the corner of a neighborhood shopping center and is easy to overlook. Those in the know, however, seek it out for authoritative versions of such classics as ground shrimp grilled on sugarcane; Imperial rolls generously stuffed with shrimp and noodles; and make-your-own meat wraps at the table.
