Trattoria Fantastica

$-$$, Italian, Little Italy

User Rating: ***** 5.0

Fodor's Review:

Sicilian flavors abound on the menu, which is highlighted by such offerings as a salmon salad and the pasta palermitana -- rigatoni with spicy sausage, olives, capers, and marinara sauce. Many pastas come with cargoes of fresh seafood, and the pizzas baked in the wood-burning oven are robust and beautifully seasoned. Reserve ahead if you want to score a table in the shady courtyard, and also keep this in mind as a snack break for beautiful pastries, remarkable gelato, and freshly brewed Italian coffees.

Trattoria Fantastica is a cute rustic place that makes you feel like you're in Sicily. The decor is amazing and the food is delicious. Their Caesar Salad is awesome along with their Panini sandwiches. I recommend this restaurant.
