Fodor's Review:

Restaurateur Bertrand Hug's sumptuous 12th-floor dining room offers serene decor, contemporary paintings, and a view that stretches to Mexico and San Diego Bay, making it perfect for a sunset cocktail. Chef Stephane Voitzwinkler creates luxurious and similarly priced seasonal dishes such as Dover sole and Wagyu rib-eye steak with béarnaise. The dessert list encompasses a galaxy of sweets. Service, led by the charming Hug, is expert and attentive.

I brought a Girlfriend here to Mister A's and we were shocked at how attentive and nice the staff was. They met all my needs and surpassed my wildest expectations. With a view like that the service set this place over the edge. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who lives in San Diego, or anyone who is visiting San Diego. This is truly the gem in San Diego.
