Fodor's Review:

This cavernous eatery in San Diego's leading shopping mall, Fashion Valley, can be relied on to have a line at the door at peak meal hours. Part of the patronage is drawn by the huge, creamy cheesecakes, and more by the multipage menu featuring innovative pizzas, gigantic salads, pastas, and such house specialties as sweet corn cakes or chicken with biscuits, mashed potatoes, and country gravy. When the crowd is in full cry the noise can be deafening, but the friendly and eager-to-please servers handle the rush well. It's a great place for kids.
