Tender Greens Review
"Farm-fresh ingredients served up with little fuss" is the ethos behind this casual cafeteria-style spot in Liberty Station. It's very popular at lunch but the line moves quickly. Expect big salads like seared tuna Niçoise; Fra' Mani salami with shaved fennel, pecorino, and arugula; or chipotle chicken salad. Naturally raised beef and chicken are roasted and then tucked into sandwiches or served as a dinner plate with vegetables. Wine and house-made desserts round out the menu.
