Self-billed as a hip playground for rock stars and people who want to party like them, the Hard Rock is conveniently located near PETCO Park overlooking glimmering San Diego Bay. The interior oozes laid-back sophistication, and guest rooms include branded Sleep Like a Rock beds and modern baths. For the true rock-star experience, choose from 17 Rock Star suites, including one designed by the pop group the Black-Eyed Peas. The vibe extends to the Rock Spa, where Moby and Radiohead substitute for typical spa instrumentals. Restaurants on-site include the sushi mecca Nobu and a Pinkberry frozen yogurt shop.
