The Dana on Mission Bay Review

There's a modern chic feel to the earth-tone lobby of this beach hotel, making it feel you've arrived somewhere much more expensive. The resort's rooms all have sofa sleepers—great for families—and bay views. The Bay View suites also have wet bars with granite counters and two flat-screen TVs. Some rooms are fairly standard hotel fare; be sure to ask for one of the newer Courtyard rooms, which are in two-story buildings without elevators. SeaWorld and the beach are within walking distance; there are also shuttles to SeaWorld, cruise terminals, and the airport. The Marina Village Conference Center across the street offers meeting and banquet rooms with bay views.

What a great resort! The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. We were treated as if we had paid a fortune for the room. The room was clean, the restaurants were delicious, the shuttle was convenienent and the front desk employees were so accomodating. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to San Diego.
