This 17-floor high-rise is well equipped for business travelers—the front desk provides 24-hour fax and photocopy services, and rooms come with desks. The hotel is in the middle of the San Diego River valley near Qualcomm Stadium and the Rio Vista Plaza shopping center, minutes from the Mission Valley and Fashion Valley malls. The San Diego Trolley stops across the street. Rooms are comfortable (with individual balconies) and the staff is friendly. Pros: Near shopping, centrally located, good business center. Cons: Skimpy amenities.
