Fodor's Review:
Experience cuisine once reserved for royalty as brothers Sam and Jag Kambo lovingly re-create their mother's North Indian recipes. Everything from the mint chutney to the smoky tomato sauce that graces the chicken tikka Masala is made from scratch. Dining here is first rate, whether it's the daily lunch buffet or the sumptuous dinners that include sizzling chili lemon chicken kebabs, stuffed paneer, indulgent lamb korma, and garlic naan. Elegant but comfortable decor is highlighted by a carved antique maple bar, stunning chandeliers, and golden arches from a palace in Jodhpur. Don't miss the signature cocktails such as Indian mojito and mango martini or desserts including mango mousse and rice pudding redolent with warm spices.
