Tourmaline Surfing Park

Fodor's Review:
This is one of the area's most popular beaches for surfing and sailboarding year-round. No swimming is allowed and surfing etiquette is strongly enforced by the locals in and out of the water. There's a 175-space parking lot at the foot of Tourmaline Street that normally fills to capacity by midday.
