Magdalena Ecke Family YMCA Skate Park

Fodor's Review:

The Magdalena Ecke Family YMCA Skate Park holds a 25,000-square-foot street course with quarter pipes, bank ramps, roll-in ramps, pyramids, hips, handrail stations, slider boxes, a 12-foot vert wall, and a little kids' course. Ask your nearest 13-year-old what these things mean. There are two classic cement pools, one kidney-shape and the other clover-shape. A 120-foot-wide ramp was used by the X Games in 2003. Even if you don't skate or ride it's exciting just to sit and watch.
