Fodor's Review:
Local families flock to the casual Port for its great pizza and award-winning hand-crafted brews. Pick a spot at one of the long picnic-type tables, choose traditional or whole grain beer crust for your pie and any original topping -- such as the Monterey, with pepperoni, onions, mushrooms, and artichoke hearts -- and tip back a brew from one of the longest boutique lists in San Diego. Even dessert reeks of hops: beer floats with homemade ice cream for the over-21 set and made with root beer for everyone else.
