Top of the Park

Fodor's Review:

Top of the Park is held only on Friday evenings, but this festive after-work cocktail party on the rooftop of the gay-popular Park Manor Suites hotel is de rigueur with the locals. It's a great way to kick off the weekend, and the views of downtown and Balboa Park are stupendous.
