Fodor's Review:
One of the two visitor information centers operated by the San Diego Convention and Visitors Bureau (the other is in La Jolla), this is the best resource for information on the city. The staff members and volunteers who run the center speak many languages and dispense information on hotels, restaurants, and tourist attractions, including those in Tijuana, and provide discount coupons for many. Stop by when visiting the Embarcadero, since it's just across from Broadway Pier.
