Part of the pleasure in this small, friendly, waterside fish house is watching the day-charter boats arrive at the adjacent dock and discharge their passengers, some seasoned fishermen and some first-timers grateful to be back on dry land. More than a few march up the wooden walkway to Hudson Bay, which bakes the sourdough rolls in which it places delicately fried fish fillets or shellfish. The french fries are freshly cut, the fish tacos taste of Mexico, and even the tartar sauce is homemade. There are salads and excellent breakfasts, too. Even the burgers are exceptional.
