$$$-$$$$, French, Downtown
Fodor's Review:
On the second floor of the elegant Westgate Hotel, this restaurant is worthy of the famous chateau for which it is named. Normandy-born chef Fabrice Hardel writes seasonal menus, but usually offers classics like French pepper steak, dramatically flambéed at your table. Pairing the multicourse tasting menu with specially selected wines costs in excess of $100 per person, a price that seems not unreasonable when read to the accompaniment of the harp or piano music that is a Le Fontainebleau staple.
