Fodor's Review

It’s got to be authentic pizza when the chef tosses dough in the air to form a perfect thin pie base. That’s what hungry fans find at this friendly Bankers Hill pizzeria with roots in Portland, Oregon. Almost everything here is made from scratch, including their secret-recipe pizza dough, salad dressings, focaccia bread, and aioli. Popular pizzas include the four-cheese with sausage and mushrooms; a Thai-style pizza with shrimp, peanut sauce, and roasted sweet peppers; and the molto carne with prosciutto, pepperoni, and Italian sausage. Gluten-free pizza is an additional $3.The menu also includes a good selection of panini sandwiches and pastas for $8.
