Owner Biba Caggiano is a nationally recognized authority on Italian cuisine. The Capitol crowd flocks here for homemade ravioli, osso buco, grilled pork loin, and veal and rabbit specials. A pianist adds to the upscale ambience nightly.

Wow - just had a superb luch at Biba in Sacramento. Honestly, it was PERFECT. From the professional, pleasant wait staff to the flawless cuisine, it was a wonderful, four star meal all the way. And, of course, Biba herself made an appearance in the dining room and meeting her was an unexpected treat. Probably the best restaurant in Sacramento and one of the best restaurants in California.
