The Waterboy

Fodor's Review:

Rural French cooking and California cuisine, along with some Italian influences, are the culinary treasures at this upscale yet unfussy midtown restaurant, which features such distinct dishes as veal sweetbreads. Organic produce and meats are used. This is where top local restaurateurs go when they want a good meal.
