Hallmark Inn

Fodor's Review:

Two buildings with clean, modern rooms (updated in 2007) make up this inn, which is five blocks from the University of California campus and is next door to a restaurant. Pros: Within walking distance of campus and downtown, safe neighhorhood. Cons: Limited ventilation, some reports of indifferent service.
