Several major freeways provide access to the Inland Empire. Ontario, Corona, and Temecula line up along Interstate 15, and Interstate 215 and State Route 91 lead to Riverside and San Bernardino. The area's popularity as a bedroom community for Los Angeles has created some nasty freeway congestion, so try to avoid driving during rush hour, usually 6 to 8 AM and 4 to 7 PM.
