Temecula's only reservation-only winery, Briar Rose Winery is run out of an English cottage that was once the home of a Disney set designer. The lush grounds include a rose garden, rustic stone walls and an olive tree; the small, casual tasting room boasts copper walls and a river rock fireplace. Try the 2005 Estate Zinfandel, which is aged in American oak for 14 months.
