Curly Redwood Lodge Review

A single redwood tree produced the 57,000 board feet of lumber used to build this budget lodge in 1957. Furnishings make the most of that tree, with paneling, platform beds, and built-in dressers. It's a good value for the price.

    Good for one night

We got into crescent city at 1030pm to check in to this motel. I picked the curly lodge over the other motels bc I thought it was unique, the motel was built from 1 redwood. For 65 bucks, it was good for one night stay. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. You feel like you are in the 70's when you are in room, but part of its charm. Smallest shower i have or probably will ever use. The bed was ok, not great, but not awful. Probably wouldnt stay again, but glad we did stay for 1 night.
