Palm Springs Shopping

Uptown Heritage Galleries & Antiques District

Updated 05/05/2014

Fodor's Review

A loose-knit collection of consignment and secondhand shops, galleries, and lively restaurants extends north of Palm Springs' main shopping area. The theme here is decidedly retro. Many businesses sell mid-century modern furniture and decorator items, and others carry clothing and estate jewelry. One spot definitely worth a peek is Shag, the Store, the gallery of fine art painter Josh Agle. For antique costume jewelry check out Dazzles. If you dig the mid-mod

aesthetic, breeze through the furnishings at Towne Palm Springs.
