Casa Cody Review

The service is personal and gracious at this large, Western-style B&B a few steps from the Desert Museum and Heritage Center. Spacious studios and one- and two-bedroom suites hold Santa Fe-style rustic furnishings. Some have fireplaces, and most have kitchens. The homey rooms are in four buildings surrounding courtyards lushly landscaped with bougainvillea and citrus trees; some have private patios. In one of the two adobe cottages, opera singer Lawrence Tibbett and his friend Charlie Chaplin entertained friends on a tiny stage in the dining room.
