Despite what the menu implies, you'll find no meat at this sunny contemporary cafe tucked into a corner of a shopping center, where there is plenty of parking. When you see something like Spicy Buffalo Wings, Ensalada Azteca Salad, or a Scorpion burger on the menu, it's hard to imagine that items like this are made with avacado, jicama salsa, "Native" cheese, or tempeh. The menu is entirely non-dairy, even the mayo. Chef Tanya Petrovna launched the vegan movement in desert when she opened this spot in 1994.
