This shopping-dining-entertainment complex holds 20 high-end shops, including Hats Unlimited, Robann's Fine Jewelers, Forever 21, and Tulip Hill Winery tasting room, all fronting a faux river with cascading waterfalls. Also here are a 12-screen cinema, an outdoor amphitheater, and eight restaurants, among them Aqua Pazza, the place to see and be seen at lunchtime. Others include Flemings Prime Steakhouse, Babe's Bar-B-Que and Brewery, and P.F. Chang's.
