Fodor's Review:

An enormous metal sculpture suspended from the ceiling dominates this hotel's six-story asymmetrical atrium lobby. Spacious one- and two-bedroom suites, which can accommodate up to four people, have private balconies and two TVs; those in the back of the hotel offer expansive views of the pool against a mountain backdrop. Guests have golf privileges at Rancho Mirage Country Club and four other area courses. Pros: In-hotel street-side bar in heart of PS action, good value, walking distance from restaurants. Cons: Street noise in some ground-floor rooms, lots of business travelers.
