International Surfing Museum

Fodor's Review:

Just up Main Street from the pier, the International Surfing Museum pays tribute to the sport's greats with the Surfing Hall of Fame, which has an impressive collection of surfboards and related memorabilia. They've even got the Bolex camera used to shoot the 1966 surfing documentary The Endless Summer.

  • Cost: Free, $1 suggested donation for students, $2 for adults
  • Open: Year-round weekdays noon-5, weekends 11-6.
