Fodor's Review:

Ideal for business travelers, this high-rise hotel adjoins the South Coast Plaza complex—within just a few steps, your every retail therapy need can be met. Modern, spacious rooms are outfitted with flat-screen TVs, deliciously comfortable beds with feather duvets, and spalike showers. Tennis aficionados will appreciate the convenience of nearby courts. The hotel is steps from the Orange County Performing Arts Center. Pros : contemporary decor; business-friendly; close to shopping, dining, and the arts. Cons : spotty concierge service; Internet costs extra.

If you like to shop - the location can not be beat! Just a short walk on a bridge over the street and you are in South Coast Plaza! But, the hotel itself is rather disappointing - just returned from a New Year's Even stay at the hotel, terrible service, rooms were newly redone, spacious, and clean - but the service was sub-standard for a hotel in the $200/night price range! Be warned! Only stay there if you get a good deal and are planning to shop!
