Locals love this bistro and champagne bar, inspired by Paris supper clubs of the 1940s, for its intimate, opulent feel. It's definitely a change from the usual bright, casual restaurant look; the space has low lighting, dark-wood paneling, and a mural of cherubs spritzing bubbly. The menu focuses on bistro classics like escargots, moules frites and coq au vin, with the occasional curveball, like barramundi with salsa verde. One constant: the Callebaut chocolate soufflé.

Really pretty, excellent service and food. Expensive but perfect for a romantic evening.
