Lalime's

Fodor's Review:

The food served in this charming, flower-covered house reflects the entire Mediterranean region. The menu, in constant flux and unfailingly great, depends on the availability of fresh seasonal ingredients. Choices might include grilled ahi tuna or creamy Italian risotto. The light colors of the dining room, which has two levels, help to create a cheerful mood. A star in its own right, Lalime's is a good second choice if Chez Panisse is booked.
