Fodor's Review

Upscale-yet-modest Sodaro is a great introduction to the Coombsville AVA. Tours start on a crush pad with a view of rolling vineyards, then head inside the wine cave for a seated tasting of the signature wines: a Cabernet Sauvignon and a Bordeaux-style blend. You might also taste a special limited-release wine. All wines are paired with local cheeses and breadsticks. The tour concludes with a walk through the wine cave itself. It's no surprise that the vibe here is so luxurious: owners Don and Felicity Sodaro also own several area hotels.
