Stark's Steak & Seafood
Stark's Steak & Seafood Review
The low lighting, well-spaced tables, and gas fireplaces at this restaurant in Santa Rosa's Railroad Square area create a congenial setting for dining on generous slabs of steak, seafood from the raw bar, and sustainable fish. With entrées like the 20-ounce, dry-aged rib eye and the 32-ounce porterhouse for two, there's not a chance that meat eaters will depart unsated, and such nonsteak options as the tamarind barbecue prawns and the sea bass with charred baby leeks are a cut above those at your average temple to beef. The full menu is available in the adjoining lounge, which is renowned for its happy hour (3 to 6, except Sunday).
