Chef Christopher Kostow has garnered rave reviews for creating a unique dining experience that starts when you make your reservation. You and your guests will be interviewed about food likes and dislikes, allergies and aversions, and desired level of culinary adventure. Based on notes from these conversations, Kostow crafts a specific menu for your table, transforming seasonal local ingredients, some grown on or near the property, into elaborate, elegant Modern American fare. There are two options, a Chef's Tasting Menu ($225, $450 with wine pairings), composed of eight or nine courses, and a Chef 's Counter Menu ($500, $850 with wine pairings). For the latter, you and up to three guests sit inside the kitchen and watch Kostow's team prepare your meal. The warm lighting and beautiful finishes in the dining room, renovated in 2012, make this a top choice for a romantic tête-à-tête.
