Fodor's Review

The dry sparkling wines made here, all from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes planted in Russian River vineyards, have wonderfully complex fruit and floral aromas and good acidity. Best known for its sparklers, J also makes fine still wines, often from Pinot and Chardonnay grapes, as well as a brandy-fortified dessert wine and a pear eau-de-vie. You can sample just the wines at the tasting bar, enjoy a private reserve tasting in the Legacy Lounge, or indulge yourself in

the Bubble Room (reservations required), where top-end still and sparkling wines are paired with food. Half-hour tours take place twice daily.

Great wine pairings with an amuse bouche

A terrific and diversed wine tasting. Loved the savignon blanc and pinot noir(I had to buy bottles of both). The amuse bouche food pairing was very well thought out and complimented the wines. For a $25 tasting, it was well worth every penny. Very friendly staff too.
