Harbor Inn Review
Family-run, friendly, and funky, this basic but sparkling-clean lodge offers exceptional value just a few blocks from Santa Cruz Harbor and Twin Lakes Beach. Rooms come in an array of sizes, shapes, and configurations in two separate buildings—most have armoires and fans, and some have cozy breakfast nooks and writing areas. When booking a particular room, ask about the bath situation—some have tubs, while others have just showers, and three rooms in the main building share a single bath. Owner/innkeepers Chris and Clare Finelli furnished each room with unusual tables and other pieces acquired over two decades.
