Monterey Museum of Art at Pacific Street

Fodor's Review:

Photographs by Ansel Adams and Edward Weston, as well as works by other artists who have spent time on the peninsula, are on display here. There's also a colorful collection of international folk art; the pieces range from Kentucky hearth brooms to Tibetan prayer wheels. A single fee covers admission to the Pacific Street and La Mirada facilities of the Monterey Museum of Art.

  • Cost: $5
  • Open: Wed.-Sat. 11-5, Sun. 1-4
